🔑 Password & Data Management
- Registration is private and simple—simply choose and confirm your password or PIN, no email or OTP needed.
- You can log in using your app password and change it anytime if you remember your current password.
- If you’ve extracted the master key using the dedicated menu option, you can reset your password by checking the “Use master key” box in the change password screen.
- To retrieve your master key, you must log in successfully and confirm your password before activating the key export button.
- You can copy and store at your own risk. This key is your lifeline—store it wisely. Without it, recovery isn't possible. Handle it with care—it unlocks your vault.
- If neither password nor master key is available and fingerprint access is disabled, re-registration is required.
- ⚠️ Caution: Uninstalling the app or clearing its data will erase your encryption key and all stored records. You’ll need to re-register and manually re-enter your credentials.

⚠️ Security Notes & Responsibility
- This app does not support traditional password recovery via email or OTP.
- If your password is lost and fingerprint access is disabled, you must re-register—this permanently deletes all vault content.
- While MyVault uses secure local encryption and best practices, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, especially in networked environments.
- Users accept full responsibility for their stored data and app usage. MyVault is provided as-is, and no liability is assumed for any loss or damage incurred.
