Powered for NATO by Allied Command Transformation - Innovation Branch & NATO Communication and Information Agency, NI2CE’s features include:

Secure: Real end-to-end encryption (only those in the conversation can decrypt messages) for desktop, tablet and mobile
Based on the Matrix messaging protocol

NI2CE operates on Matrix, an open network for secure and decentralized communication. It allows self-hosting to give users maximum ownership and control of their data and messages. Users choose where the data is hosted.
