Kindly note that after installing the app, three options would be displayed:

1) In order for you to login if you have signed up on the app before, choose 'Back to Login' and input your 'Username' and 'Password' in order to access your account. If OTP is required, kindly check the network sim and Email linked to your Bank account with us for the 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password). 2) 'Yes, I already have an account' : is for those that have not signed up on the app.
3) 'No, I am ready to onboard' : This is for those that want to open new bank accounts in our bank virtually.
